Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at ventesaofficial@gmail.com or +91 84288 50606.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products (lip balm bracelet), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Returns are only accepted if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.

In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchanges are only possible if you receive a wrong product or a defective item.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
